Casa Om Swastiastu

Om Swastiastu is much more than a name. It is a sacred greeting from the Balinese Hindu tradition, expressing a beautiful wish: "May peace, wellbeing and blessings be with you." Inspired by these words, the house was created as a place to feel good, escape the pace of everyday life and enjoy life's simple pleasures.

Located in a peaceful residential area of Conil de la Frontera, a short walk from La Fontanilla beach and the charm of the town's streets, it combines the serenity of a welcoming home with the convenience of having everything close by.

The house

Decorated with care and an eye for detail, the house feels warm and welcoming throughout. Its bright, spacious rooms and open-plan living and dining area are perfect for time with family or friends.

Three bedrooms: two with comfortable double beds and a third with a trundle bed that converts into a double, accommodating up to six guests. There is an en-suite bathroom, a shared bathroom and a guest toilet on the ground floor beside the living area.

The terrace

One of the home's most special features is its outdoor terrace, designed to make the most of the Cádiz coast climate. With comfortable sofas, an outdoor dining table, barbecue and outdoor shower, it is the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts, long meals and dinners beneath the stars.

The location

A very quiet residential neighbourhood, yet only a few minutes' walk from both beautiful La Fontanilla beach and the centre of Conil, with its wide choice of restaurants, bars and truly Andalusian corners.
