Casa Tio Pa

Roche is one of the most exclusive and peaceful residential areas along the Conil coastline, surrounded by pine forests and close to some of the area's most beautiful beaches and coves.

It is the perfect setting for guests seeking privacy, nature and tranquillity, within easy driving distance of Conil de la Frontera, restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. Nearby you will find long stretches of sandy beach, small coves nestled between cliffs, and scenic paths for walking or cycling.

In summer the area has a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, ideal for enjoying the sea, outdoor sports or simply switching off. Its location also makes it easy to explore El Palmar, Vejer de la Frontera, Zahora and Chiclana.

The house

Just a few minutes' walk from the sea, the house combines generous space, calm and a constant connection with the outdoors. The rooms flow naturally into one another: open, light-filled spaces designed for spending time together.

Outside there is even more room to unwind. Porches with different seating areas make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Spacious and comfortable, the villa is perfect for a family holiday. Sleeping up to 10 guests, it has five bedrooms: two with double beds and three with single beds. Upstairs there is a full bathroom with a shower; downstairs, two further shower rooms, one of them opening directly onto the pool area.

The large, fully equipped kitchen includes two full-size fridges, practical for longer stays and bigger groups. The living room is spacious and inviting, with a fireplace for cooler months. All bedrooms have air conditioning with heating and cooling, plus electric heaters for winter.

Outdoors

A private saltwater swimming pool, spacious relaxation areas and an excellent barbecue area with a gas griddle, perfect for lunches and dinners in the open air. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided.

A home designed for summer holidays and getaways throughout the year, with space, comfort and everything you need to feel at home.
